We offer a range of courses in first aid and fire protection, tailored to meet your needs. The courses are in-house and arranged at the client's location.
If needed, we can assist in finding suitable course premises.
We can also adapt courses to the client's needs, from basic first aid to industrial protection, staff leadership, and evacuation.

This ensures you as a course participant receive good, updated, and professionally strong training.
First Aid
Basic first aid course for those who want to learn first aid or wish to refresh their knowledge. Includes, among other things:
3 hours:
- Actions at the scene of an injury
- Alerting emergency services
- Burn injuries
- Unconscious persons
- Seizures
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- Patient examination
- Bleeding
- Hypothermia
4 hours: (In addition to topics above)
- Seizures
- Fractures
- Diabetes/sugar sickness
- Poisoning
The course is a 3-hour course that can be extended to 4 hours if desired with more topics, or adapted with topics according to customer wishes.
The course is basic, and no prior knowledge is necessary.
A course certificate will be issued after the course.
FSE First Aid
2-hour first aid course adapted for those who work with electricity and covers the first aid part of FSE. Includes, among other things:
- Actions at the scene of an injury
- Alerting emergency services
- Electrical injuries
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
A course certificate will be issued after the course.

FSE Complete
We offer FSE courses as a complete physical course adapted to the requirements of the regulations. It also includes training in first aid adapted to accidents caused by electricity.
We have skilled and experienced instructors who have the ability to teach in a simple, interesting, and engaging way, and who have extensive experience in the field.
The following topics are covered, among others:
Part 1 – FSE:
– Validity of the regulations
– Definitions
– Responsibilities
– Planning
– Work on or near energized installations
– Work on or near de-energized installations
– Electric shock
– Safety philosophy
– Protective measures
– Requirements for instructions and protective equipment
– From method to precautions between high/low voltage
Part 2 – First Aid:
- Actions at the scene of an injury
- Alerting emergency services
- Electrical injuries
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- Unconsciousness
The course is conducted with a mixture of theory and practice.
No prior knowledge is required as the course is fundamental and contains the basic topics within FSE First Aid.

Defibrillator Course
A basic course that provides you as a course participant with a good starting point in first aid with the use of a semi-automatic defibrillator (AED).
The course covers large parts of the content of basic first aid in addition to theoretical and practical use of a defibrillator.
The course is basic, and no prior knowledge is necessary.
The course is conducted according to guidelines from:
- Norwegian Resuscitation Council (nrr.org)
- Norwegian First Aid Council (https://www.norskforstehjelpsrad.no)
A course certificate will be issued after the course.
Fire Protection / Extinguishing Exercise
Basic fire safety theory covering daily and fundamental aspects of fire protection for businesses and individuals.
The course is approximately 2 hours long and concludes with a practical extinguishing exercise.
No prior knowledge is required.
The course covers, among other things:
- Causes
- Preventive measures
- Illustrations of fire and fire prevention measures.
- Fire compartments / fire cells
- Dangers and prevention
- Extinguishing equipment
- Smoke detectors
- Fire alarm systems
- Escape routes, etc.
Industrial Protection
We can facilitate training for industrial protection in everything from first aid and fire protection, to staff leadership and leadership for response personnel.
The course is created based on the applicable plans and instructions, but we can also contribute with training for newly established industrial protection.

Evacuation
Course and practical exercise that covers current routines and procedures at your premises as a customer.
The exercise is arranged based on the client's plans and our experience.
It is possible to combine this course with any other of our courses.
